Refund

The Refunds report displays all refund activity.

Step 1: Navigate to Reports > Refunds.

Step 2: From the Report Type drop-down list, select the type of report:

  • Queued – Includes refunds with a queued status.
  • Pending – Includes refunds with a pending status.
  • Completed – Includes completed refunds.

Step 3: From the Refund Type drop-down list, select the type of refund:

  • Collections
  • Restitution

Step 4: From the Start date drop-down list, select the earliest date to include in the report.

Step 5: from the End date drop-down list, select the latest date to include in the report.

Step 6: From the Data view drop-down list, select to view the report in Detail or Summary view.

Step 7: From the 1st sort by drop-down list, select the first category to sort the report by.

Step 8: From the 2nd sort by drop-down list, select the second category to sort the report by.

Step 9: Click Run Report.

Step 10: The report displays in the lower half of the screen, to print the report, click Print Report.
