Letter Usage

The Letter Usage Report is a summary report providing data on the number of each type of letter that has been sent. The report provides the number of letters sent month to date, year to date, and a total number to date. This information can be used to help you determine which letters are requested most often, and possibly which letters are no longer needed. The report is sorted by letter name.
The report can be viewed in a report format or as a graphical representation.

To run the report:

Step 1: Select the 'Letter Usage' report from Reports menu.

Step 2: The options for the 'Letter Usage' report.

  • Choose how to view the data. Options are Report (text based) and chart.

Step 3: Click on Run Report and you will see a message like this.

Step 4: Sample Report


Step 5: Print the report as necessary.
