Configure Letters, Statements and Letter series in the Correspondence menu.   These menu options explain how to set up letters and statements using merge fields for the data elements in the system. 

Revenue Results is setup so that the user defines the letters and statements using Microsoft Word.  Once the letter is created, as it prints it is transferred and printed in a PDF format.
