Unlocking a User Account

Use this process to unlock a user account, which is locked as a result of incorrectly entering a password more times than your system allows.

To unlock a user account:

Step 1: Navigate to Administration > Collector > Setup > Define Users.

 

Step 2:  Click the Collector Setup tab.

 

Step 3: In the Define Users window, select the locked user from the Users area.

 

Step 4: In the User area, deselect User is locked.

 

 Step 5: Click Save Changes and Close.
