Collector Bin Setup

Each Debtor in the system is assigned to a Bin. Bins are used to organize the debtors, but do not organize accounts. If one debtor has several accounts you cannot split the debtor into multiple bins, only one bin per debtor. We will provide access to bins per Collector to define the debtors they are working.

Bins are necessary if you plan to set up Work Lists for your collectors and the collectors should have only a select group of debtors on the list.
